Biography
Having spent my early career as a Brand Marketing Manager in an Irish Distillers Company I have started, built and sold two SMEs over the last 30 years. I ran these market-leading companies from start-up stage, driving the business to profitability and through to negotiating and closing a successful trade sale. My responsibilities included: All aspects of management including product design, supply chain development, distribution, financial management and sales & marketing I Set up an international supply chain including China, Italy, Spain, and multiple other countries I also established a robust sales channel into UK and EU markets I currently act as chairman, board member, mentor and business consultant. Particular strengths include sustainability strategy and ESG advisory. I am a Member of the Enterprise Ireland Green Service Providers Directory & the Local Enterprise Office Green for Business Panel. I offer a practical, no-nonsense approach to sustainability My areas of expertise are strategy, business planning, Sustainability advice and SME management.
