Brian Stack is my name and I am a Corporate Development and Finance executive with over 20 years of top tier international corporate experience.   I have been CFO in 3 different countries as well as being a Director of New Ventures at PR Newswire (part of a publicly listed Company) and a Transaction Services Executive with Ernst & Young and Accenture while living in New York. 

As CFO across several companies since returning to Ireland in 2007, I have focused on Acquisitions, Scaling and Fundraising as well as three successful exits all of which were preceded by measured growth. I have a natural interest in taking a leadership role with practical and collaborative approaches to problem solving.  I am grounded in strong financial acumen and communication skills.   Gearing your company for Growth and Success is always my focus so financial output should always have an input and coverage that informs strategy.  Facilitating that requires delivery of the right information (KPI Generation), through the right platforms (Digital Transformation) in a timely and accurate fashion (Information Control).  That is what I do.  If you think I can help, please reach out.
