I have successfully mentored many MD's/Business Owners, helping them to develop their business whilst supporting them on both strategic and day-to-day issues, and aspects such as work/life balance. I provide professional and personal support to help business and organisation leaders to make the right decisions. Qualified in 2023 with the ILM Level 7 Certificate for Executive Coaches and Mentors. Over 25 years experience in senior roles, mostly as a Managing Director and company Director.

Focused on providing coaching and mentoring support to the leaders of businesses that are aiming to grow and/or going through major change. I work with MD's and owners, 'sitting on their shoulder', as they work through strategic and tactical business issues including sales development, business and financial planning, strategic analysis, brand building, business leadership, and change management.

I have been a Business Mentor and Advisor for 4 years. Prior to that I spent 20 years as a Managing Director/Group Director and business owner with a number of companies. Most of my experience has been in clothing retail, manufacturing, wholesale and branding businesses. I have direct experience of launching a new premium consumer brand and introducing it into the UK, Ireland, Europe and USA markets, achieving exceptional sales values. I have worked with Ireland based companies over the last 20 years in various roles.
