Hi,  I am Niall O’Kelly, a Senior Associate with The Agile Executive.  I am an experienced accountant and business executive with over 30 years’ experience working with Irish SMEs.  Over the past 3 years working with The Agile Executive I have worked with over 30 clients, advising them on expansion plans, negotiating the issues around Covid and Brexit and assisting them with raising finance.  I have secured over €300,000 in grant aid and €5 million in bank finance for these clients as well as helping them grow their top and bottom lines.   I have prepared more than 10 detailed business plans that have been a key part in obtaining this funding.  I have raised grant aid from Enterprise Ireland, InterTradeIreland, SFA, ISME and SEAI.  My areas of expertise are finance, strategy, grants and business planning.  If you would like to see how I can help you grow your business, access grants or raise funding send me a message or book some time in my diary .
