I work with business owners to help them stay relevant and profitable in today’s ever-changing market. My goal is simple: drive sales through smarter marketing. Whether through Fractional CMO support or targeted projects, I focus on identifying and executing strategies that foster growth and boost profitability.

I see Marketing as a key driver of success across all aspects of a business. Many business owners face challenges in navigating marketing effectively, often defaulting to generic one-size-fits-all strategies that don’t yield the desired outcomes. That’s where I step in. I ensure businesses invest in the right marketing activities that deliver measurable results, enhance visibility, and promote sustainable growth.

As a Fractional Head of Marketing, I collaborate with internal teams to set yearly goals, develop tactical marketing plans, and provide leadership and mentoring; or, I work independently delivering lead generation, social media, customer communications, and thought leadership initiatives. The focus is always on aligning marketing efforts with overall business goals to ensure growth and profitability.

Alongside my marketing work, I sit on several charity boards and hold a Diploma in Corporate Governance. This perspective adds another dimension to my client interactions, bringing a deeper understanding of governance, strategy, and stakeholder engagement that strengthens decision-making and long-term growth.

  • Marketing Manager, Digicel, Jamaica, St. Lucia & St. Vincent

    Launched and Embedded Challenger Brand in the Caribbean

    2000 - 2000

    As Marketing Manager for Digicel across Jamaica, St. Lucia, and St. Vincent, I defined and executed the B2B and B2C marketing strategy for a major new market entrant, ensuring successful launch and post-launch adaptation. A member of the local management team, I presented quarterly to the Irish Board and worked closely with stakeholders to align product development with market needs.

    I was responsible for monitoring performance against company objectives, managing departmental budgets and third-party suppliers, and facilitating full knowledge transfer to local teams during a three-year period — ensuring long-term capability and sustainable growth.

  • European Marketing Manager, CIT Specialty Finance

    Driving Partner Marketing and Acquisition Growth Across Europe

    2004 - 2004

    At CIT, I created and implemented a marketing strategy within vendor partner networks across Europe, ensuring all initiatives supported key business objectives. I contributed to acquisition targets through a mix of tailored marketing activities, including high-impact events, while collaborating with the US Marketing team to adapt global programmes for local markets.

    I managed a Dublin-based team of three, oversaw agency relationships across Europe, and was accountable for the departmental budget. This role combined strategic oversight with hands-on execution, ensuring measurable growth and alignment across regions.

    Strategic Marketing Leader with Pan-European Experience

    2006 - 2006

    With deep expertise in B2B marketing, I developed and executed go-to-market strategies, brand propositions, and lead generation programmes across the European payments sector. I created and delivered a comprehensive events calendar, digital marketing strategies, and thought leadership initiatives that drove brand awareness and sales growth in Europe and the US.

    I also launched websites for new markets, strengthened PR and analyst engagement, and consistently measured and analysed performance to optimise outcomes. As a senior marketing leader, I reported directly to the Board, provided strategic counsel to stakeholders across Europe and the US, and managed a €1m budget. In addition, I supervised and mentored a European marketing team, while overseeing vendor relationships across multiple markets.
