I am a Finance and Business expert who provides fractional leadership solutions in Ireland and the UK to stakeholders, particularly of SME’s, which can add value to companies during a change or corporate finance event. A Fellow of Chartered Accountants Ireland I have over 25 years’ experience in disciplines from accounts preparation and operating a finance function, to presenting and negotiating with public limited company (“PLC”) Boards and Private Equity investors. I have extensive experience in mid-market and large-scale transactions in Ireland, the UK, Europe, and the Americas, including debt and equity financings, restructurings, acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, company turnarounds and recovery processes. I have also worked for a government agency; in-house in a corporate development and strategy role; an investment bank; and, a corporate recovery and audit function of a large accountancy firm. I have all the key finance, communication, presentation, negotiation, and management skills that have added value in each of the variety of roles I have held.
