I’m a Fractional CMO with Agile Executives, where I work with ambitious businesses to create marketing strategies that deliver real impact – fast. I like to get stuck in, add value quickly, and focus on what actually moves the needle.
What sets me apart is how I combine deep marketing expertise with AI to generate game-changing results. From building strategies and go-to-market plans to deploying AI-powered agents that can function as a client’s own marketing team, I help organisations unlock scalable growth while keeping budgets efficient and outcomes measurable.
Over the course of my career, I’ve led marketing departments and programmes for national and global organisations, including DLA Piper and BearingPoint, during periods of major growth. Earlier in my career, I helped take Laser Card from a startup to a €11.1 billion-a-year household name.
Right now, I’m also a Non-Executive Director at .IE, the national domain registry, and a mentor to High Potential Startups through Enterprise Ireland. I’ve served on the boards of Aware and Paralympics Ireland, and I hold a marketing degree along with further qualifications in finance, digital marketing, and leadership from Yale School of Management, the Digital Marketing Institute, and Sir John Moore’s University.
