Biography

Hi, I am Nick Bennett – an Associate / Consultant with The Agile Executive since 2020. I have been providing consultancy advice / execution in procurement, strategy, supply chain and sustainability areas for large and small businesses. I can/have also given on-going support through being a part-time Procurement executive, mentor, programme manager or collaborating in bid preparation. My 25+ years of work experience started in factories as a manufacturing engineer before progressing to management roles and then into supply chain consultancy across UK, Europe, Africa and USA. Returning to executive positions I led Procurement Development at Diageo and then headed up global Procurement at Glanbia PLC as it expanded through US, EU and Asian markets. In these companies I delivered capability improvement, service enhancements, significant cost savings and developed the approaches and actions required for Sustainability. Combining these experiences I now deliver consulting, mentoring and support in Procurement, Supply chain and the establishment of Sustainable supply in public, private, large and SME enterprises.
