A seasoned, Senior Sales Director with experience across tech, financial services, and from start-ups and SMEs to large corporates. My core skill set is designing sales processes, assessing the full set of resources an organisation has to make and close sales and effectively aligning them to a growth strategy to optimise revenue growth. Since my B Comm degree in UCD the sales process has changed utterly and it’s set to evolve faster now with AI. To succeed, sales needs focus and management. In particular, it is vital that start-ups and SMEs build a sales process that is relevant to their business and that will deliver results. Once that process is in place, it needs to be managed and reviewed to ensure it continues to be relevant and to deliver results.
